Acceptance of Agreement
The act undertaken by ASHVYA Services Private Limited in furtherance to a request for service raised by you is exclusively subject to and liable to the information provided by you. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
Filing Fees & Documentation
Filing and recording fees may contain all mandatory or applicable Central, state, and local administrative fees. This applies to:
- Company Registration & Licensing (Central/Regional).
- Quality Certifications (ISO, ZED, etc.).
- Intellectual Property (Trademark, Copyright, Patent).
- As part of an order, you may be required to submit specific documentation to ASHVYA Services for processing.
Indemnification & Damage
The user agrees to hold ASHVYA Services and its associates, directors, employees, and agents immune from any indirect, disciplinary, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises.
- Includes coverage for attorneys' fees and litigation/arbitration costs.
- Applies whether or not litigation is filed, at trial, or on appeal.
Force Majeure
ASHVYA Services shall not be liable for any interruption, termination, or delay in the performance of its duties hereunder by reason of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural Disasters: Fire, storm, earthquake, flood, or hurricane.
- Public Emergencies: Epidemics, famine, or plague.
- Civil Unrest: War, riots, or government-mandated lockdowns.
Technical Accessibility
To access our services, the user must provide all necessary equipment for connection to the World Wide Web. ASHVYA Services is not responsible for:
- Slow internet speed or unstable connections.
- Delay or delivery failures resulting from problems inherent in electronic communications.
- Hardware malfunctions on the user's end.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute or difference arising between the parties out of or relating to the scope, operation, or effect of this contract shall be settled by arbitration.
- Conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
